Stroke 29 by Gun Oil Review [Water-Based Lubricant]

Stroke 29 is a lubricant intended for penis masturbation usage. It starts out as a very thick cream and slowly transforms into a clear, slick lubricant. It is supposed to transform around the 29th stroke, hence the name.

Company: Gun Oil is the male-branded lubricant line of Empowered Products. There is actually a really cool story behind it. The founder of Gun Oil is a U.S. Marine platoon leader who used the gun CLP liquid as a personal lubricant while he was deployed. He’s obviously changed it to be hypoallergenic, topically-safe and user-friendly, but that’s overall pretty badass. Made in the USA for sure.

Ingredients: Water, octyl palmitate, prunus amygdalus dulcis oil, emulsifying wax NF, aloe barbadensis leaf extract, cetyl alcohol, tocopheryl acetate, propylene glycol, glycerin, methylparaben, propylparaben, carbomer, diazolidinyl urea, triethanolamine. In other words: respect the advisory for “external use only”.

Compatible With: It is not intended for intercourse or condom use. It is a water-based lubricant that is fortified with natural oils (Vitamin E and Aloe Vera). Seriously people, don’t use it with a vulva or anus or mouth.

Container: Easy to open! Will most likely stay closed while traveling. You probably won’t need to re-apply this lubricant so you don’t need to worry about making a mess with it.

See: It looks like thick hand cream until it melts and looks like a typical water-based lubricant. However, it does not look appealing during use. At first, there are white parts left in crevices, like uncircumcised crevices, and of course those take the longest time to melt, so you end up with some white stuff in your junk. It eventually melts, but we wouldn’t suggest using this if you’re trying to turn someone else on. It has happened that there is leftover white cream on fingers and testicles.

Smell: It is incredibly non-scented, and that comes from two people who have very sensitive nostrils. Our closest comparison would be to non-scented hand cream. There is no scent, but you know what’s up.

Taste: This should not be going into your mouth, so it doesn’t matter what it tastes like.

Feel: We wouldn’t say it transforms on exactly the 29th stroke, but it is pretty close to that. Yes, of course we counted. It starts off thick and creamy and then becomes silky. Once it is melted it feels more like silicone lubricant than anything else. After using it the first time, Andy exclaimed that: “It’s better than lube”.

Conclusion: Honestly, we think that Andy’s recommendation speaks for itself. If you’re looking for a masturbatory aid and you have a penis, then we would recommend Stroke 29.

Recommended for: People with penises who enjoy using lubricant while masturbating or who want to try using it while masturbating.

Not recommended for: People who masturbate as part of a larger sex session, which leads to any form of penetration. People who are exhibitionists as the leftover cream is not appealing.
